Let me start by saying this WiFi 6 extender has been a lifesaver for my two-story home. The dead zones in my upstairs office and backyard patio are finally gone! Installation took literally 3 minutes using the WPS button - no tech degree required.

The dual-band performance is impressive. I get 866Mbps on 5GHz for my 4K streaming (bye-bye buffering!) while my 20+ smart home devices hum along happily on the 2.4GHz band. The coverage truly spans my 3,800 sq ft home plus backyard.

However, it's not perfect. Like one reviewer mentioned, placement matters A LOT. When I first installed it too close to my router (excited much?), speeds dropped dramatically. Moving it halfway between my router and dead zone fixed everything - now getting 450Mbps of my 500Mbps plan.

The mobile app could use work - it's functional but feels outdated. Also, while it claims 7800 sq ft coverage, that's likely optimal lab conditions. In real-world use with walls and interference, expect about 60-70% of that.

Security features give me peace of mind with WPA3 encryption, especially for my smart locks and security cameras. The ethernet port is a nice bonus for my gaming PC - zero lag now!

Bottom line: At this price point, it outperforms many 'name brand' extenders I've tried. Just mind the placement and don't expect miracles in extreme range scenarios. For most homes, it's a solid 4.5/5 star solution.
