Okay, so I finally built this tiny Thousand Sunny pirate ship after like... 3 days of pain and suffering. Let me break it down for you fellow One Piece fans!
First off - YES it's adorable when finished! The details are surprisingly accurate for something so small. But OMG those instructions might as well be written in ancient hieroglyphics. The blue highlights? Completely random and confusing AF.
The pieces are TINY - like smaller than my pinky nail tiny. Dropped one and spent 20 minutes crawling on the floor. Pro tip: build this over a tray or something. Quality is decent though, no sharp edges.
Building the sails nearly broke me. They kept collapsing until I figured out the secret technique (aka superglue). The final result looks amazing on my shelf, but man... this isn't for beginners or impatient people.
Would I buy again? Maybe if they make a bigger version. But for the price, it's a cool collector's item if you've got the patience of Zoro waiting for directions.
