Just got these Syphon SoundPro speakers for my helmet, and wow—they're LOUD. The twist controls are super intuitive, even with gloves on. No more fumbling with tiny buttons mid-ride!
Fit is great in my Shoei RF1400 (no spacers needed), but beware if you have a Delta R3L—some users say they don’t sit right near the ears. Bass pads? Useless for me too. Helmet won’t even close with them on.
Sound quality is crisp, though bass lovers might be disappointed. Phone calls are clear, but no group comms for riding buddies. Battery lasts all day in the city, but untested on long hauls.
Build feels rugged (IP55 waterproof!), but one speaker crackles occasionally. For $200, I expected more bass and volume—especially since I’m half-deaf in one ear. Still, way better than AirPods falling out after 30 minutes.
Verdict: 4/5. Great for convenience and durability, but bass and fit quirks hold it back.
