Okay, so I've been using this waist trainer for about 2 weeks now and here's the tea ☕️...

First off, the SWEAT is REAL. Like, I barely sweat during workouts but this thing turns me into a human waterfall. It's kinda gross but also satisfying? Like proof it's working!

Size warning though - I usually wear XL but had to exchange for Large. The sizing is weirdly big, so check the chart carefully!

Comfort level? Surprisingly good! Doesn't ride up during squats (thank god) and the double belts let me adjust tightness exactly how I want. Though fair warning - the shoulder straps feel a bit thick if you've got sensitive skin.

Biggest surprise? I can actually wear this under clothes without looking like a stuffed sausage! Wore it under a hoodie to the grocery store and nobody knew my secret sweat weapon 😎

Not perfect though - the back could use more compression, and the material is thinner than I expected. But for the price? Solid 8/10 from me!
