Let me start by saying these URLWALL brake pads are exactly what you'd expect for the price - decent but not exceptional. I installed them on my Sur-Ron Light Bee X, and here's my honest take.
The Good: They fit perfectly right out of the box, just like the OEM pads. Installation was a breeze - took me less than 5 minutes with basic tools. For casual riding on stock bikes, they provide adequate stopping power. The copper fiber material gives decent initial bite, and they're surprisingly quiet in dry conditions.
The Not-So-Good: Like one reviewer mentioned, they wear out FAST. I got about 6-7 rides before noticing significant wear. The moment you add any power upgrades (I have an aftermarket battery), their limitations become obvious. Wet weather performance is mediocre at best - that squeaking noise in the rain is real!
Real-World Use: These are fine if you're just putting around town or light trail riding. But when I took them to some steeper downhill sections, I definitely missed the stronger bite of premium pads. They work, but you'll be squeezing that lever harder than you'd like.
Final Verdict: As a temporary solution or for riders on a tight budget, these get the job done. But if you're doing serious riding or have performance mods, invest in better pads like the Shimano H03Cs. These are essentially disposable OEM replacements - nothing more, nothing less.
