Okay so I got these walkie talkies for my niece's 6th birthday and here's the real tea ☕

First impression: SUPER cute pink color! The antenna makes it look legit like a little spy gadget. My niece immediately started pretending to be a secret agent lol.

Sound quality is actually decent? Like we tested it across our backyard (about 100ft) and could hear each other clearly. The auto noise thing works - we tried it at the park and could still hear through all the kid screams.

BUT the compass is fake news 🧭 It's literally just a sticker that spins around. My niece was so excited to 'navigate their mission' and then... disappointment.

The flashlight is bright but died after like an hour? And no way to tell if it's charging properly. The USB port is kinda janky too - have to wiggle it to get the charging light to come on.

Pro tip: The wrist straps are annoying AF. We just took them off and let the kids carry them normally. Way easier for little hands.

Final verdict: 3/5 stars. Cute concept but needs better execution. Great for imaginative play but don't expect premium quality. The rechargeable battery is a lifesaver though - no constantly buying AAs!
