Okay, so I've been struggling with sourdough FOREVER because my kitchen is basically a refrigerator. This heated proofing basket? TOTAL GAME CHANGER.

First off - the heating function actually works?? Like properly?? My dough now rises in HALF the time during winter. No more sad flat loaves!

The silicone material is genius - no more scrubbing dough out of rattan crevices. Just wipe clean! And it folds flat which is perfect for my tiny apartment kitchen.
