Let me start by saying these glasses are NOT your grandma's reading glasses. The 360° ring-focus tech had me skeptical at first, but after two weeks of testing (and some initial dizziness!), I'm impressed.
The GOOD stuff first:
• That 'no blind zone' claim? Surprisingly accurate. I can read my phone, glance at my laptop, then look across the room without doing the awkward head-tilt shuffle with regular progressives.
• Blue light blocking is legit. My late-night Netflix binges feel less punishing on my eyes - no more that gritty 'screen fatigue' feeling.
• Lightweight frame doesn't leave those annoying nose dents after all-day wear. The spring hinges are sturdy - no worries about snapping them when taking them on/off.
Now the REAL TALK:
• Adaptation period is no joke. First 3 days felt like walking through a funhouse mirror. Pro tip: Don't drive until you're fully adjusted!
• The progressive zones aren't as sharply defined as premium optometrist lenses. Fine for computer work but might frustrate if you need precise vision correction.
• Frame feels durable but definitely has that 'Amazon special' plastic vibe - not terrible for the price though.
BOTTOM LINE: At this price point, they're fantastic for casual use and screen protection. Would I replace my prescription progressives? No. But as a backup pair or for light computer use? Absolutely worth trying!
