I've been using the Gogreen Reusable Underpads for a few weeks now, and they've completely changed my nighttime routine. The first thing I noticed was how massive they are—34x36 inches means no more shifting around or worrying about leaks off the edges. When my nephew stayed over (he's still potty training), it kept my guest bed completely dry despite multiple accidents.
The absorption is seriously impressive. Unlike disposable pads that leave moisture on the surface, these quilted pads pull liquid down quickly. My favorite feature? The self-drying technology actually works—I've checked after 10 minutes and the surface is remarkably dry to the touch even when liquid's been absorbed.
Washing has been hassle-free too. After about six washes so far, they come out of the dryer just as soft as new with zero staining. The TPU waterproof layer makes a faint crinkly sound when brand new, but after a couple washes it becomes nearly silent—no more plastic-y noises disturbing sleep.
Bonus discovery: My elderly dog had better luck with these than his usual pee pads. The larger size means fewer misses, and the quick absorption prevents him from stepping in puddles and tracking urine everywhere.
The only minor drawback is the size might be excessive for some situations—they do take up significant space in my washing machine. But considering I'm saving hundreds of disposable pads from landfills, I'll gladly adjust my laundry routine.
