Okay, so I got the Lively Mobile2 for my mom who's getting up there in age. The peace of mind is REAL. She wears it everywhere - even in the shower (yes, it's waterproof!).

The fall detection feature works! Saw some reviews saying it detected falls correctly, and that was a major selling point for me. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood), but knowing it's there helps me sleep at night.

BUT... activation was a NIGHTMARE. Tried doing it online to save $10 - big mistake. Ended up spending over 2 hours on the phone sorting things out. The app? Not user-friendly AT ALL.

Once we got past that headache though... solid device! GPS tracking is accurate, alerts come through fast when the button's pressed, and I can check battery levels remotely. Just wish they'd fix their activation process.

Pro tip: Buy from Amazon instead of directly from Lively - cheaper and easier setup according to other users!
