Okay, so I just finished Colton's book and WOW – this wasn't just some fluffy Bachelor recap! The guy really put his whole heart on these pages.

First off, the NFL-to-reality-TV pipeline makes SO much more sense now. His stories about nearly quitting football? Relatable content for anyone who's ever doubted their path.

The Cassie chapters had me squealing into my pillow like I was watching the fence jump all over again. But what really got me was how he wrote about Aly – no messy drama, just genuine reflection. Classy move.

PSA for non-Bachelor fans: You'll still love the coming-of-age stuff. That scene where he describes eating cereal alone in his first apartment after getting cut from the NFL? Brutal but beautiful.

Only complaint? Needed more behind-the-scenes tea about that windmill moment (you know the one). But maybe that's coming in Book Two?
