Just installed this MOES smart outlet and wow, the convenience is next level! Being able to control each port individually via app is a game changer. The physical buttons are a nice touch too when I'm too lazy to grab my phone.

However, had a minor panic when the USB-C port didn't work at first. Turns out you need to manually enable it in the app - not mentioned in the quick start guide. Also disappointing that it doesn't support iPhone lightning cables through USB-C (why though?).

The voice control works flawlessly with Alexa - "Alexa, turn off my charger" feels like living in the future! The scheduling feature for my bedside lamp has improved my morning routine dramatically.

But... there's a clicking noise after 3 months of moderate use that's making me nervous. Saw other reviews mention similar issues, so fingers crossed mine lasts longer. For the price, I expected more reliability.

Final verdict? Great concept with some execution flaws. Would recommend but with caution about longevity.
