Okay, so I bought these alarms mainly because my county requires pool doors to have them (thanks, bureaucracy!). But wow – they’re actually awesome! The 130dB siren could wake my neighbor’s cat three blocks away. Perfect for when my toddler tries to ninja his way to the pool.

Extra bonus: When my house was for sale, I left the remote out with a note saying ‘Pool Safety Feature!’ – realtors ate that up. Now I use them on every dang door because why not?
