I recently tried this copper foil tape for my stained glass project, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. On one hand, the length is fantastic—108 feet per roll means I didn’t run out mid-project. The black backing does give a sleek finish on clear glass, making my pieces look more polished than with regular copper foil.
However, I ran into some issues. The tape is thinner than I expected, and while it works fine for smaller pieces, it struggles with larger ones. I had a few frustrating moments where it tore easily, especially when handling heavier glass sections. The adhesive isn’t as strong as I’d hoped either—it holds but doesn’t feel super secure.
That said, for small crafts or paper circuits, this tape could be a decent pick. It conducts well and handles indoor use fine. But if you’re working on bigger stained glass projects or need something ultra-durable, you might want to look elsewhere.
