Just installed this Blink doorbell mount and wanted to share my thoughts. First off, the installation was super easy – took me less than 10 minutes with the included screwdriver and clear instructions.

The materials feel really sturdy (ABS + metal combo), and I love that it's anti-theft. No more worrying about someone swiping my doorbell! Though fair warning: measure your door thickness carefully. Mine didn't fit perfectly and needs some adjusting to close properly.

Here's the funny part – I ended up not using it for its intended purpose! Changed my mind about the Blink doorbell but discovered this $10 bracket works great as an improvised gutter cam mount after some creative tweaking. Talk about versatile!

Bottom line: Great if it fits your door, but even if it doesn't, you might find another use for it like I did. Just don't expect perfection out of the box.
