Okay, so I've been using Vetradent for my cat Mr. Whiskers and my dog Buster for about a month now. Here's the real tea:
First off - Buster's dragon breath has definitely improved! I used to avoid his face after meals, but now it's way more tolerable. The vet recommended this and I'm glad I listened.
BUT... my cat is being dramatic about it. He'll sniff his water, give me this judgy look, and walk away like I poisoned him. Ended up having to keep his water bowl separate without the additive.
The bottle design is super convenient though - that little measuring cup on top makes dosing a breeze. No messy spills or guessing games.
Weirdest thing? It actually does seem to be reducing some plaque on Buster's teeth. Not miracle-level results, but noticeable enough that my vet commented on it during our last visit.
Price-wise, it's way cheaper than dental procedures (duh), but still feels a bit pricey for what it is. Though if it keeps my pups teeth healthy longer, totally worth it.
Final verdict: 4/5 for dogs (would be 5 if it came in bacon flavor), 2/5 for picky cats who think they're royalty.
