Just got this fishing cake topper set for my husband's retirement party and WOW - it totally made the cake pop!

The package came with way more pieces than I expected (13 total!). The little bass figurine is adorable, and the fishing rod adds such a fun 3D effect. We didn't even use all the seaweed pieces but they're cute backup decorations.

Assembly was super simple - just opened the package and stuck them in the cake. The pieces are lightweight but sturdy enough to stand up in frosting.

What really surprised me was how versatile this set is. While we used it for retirement, I can totally see using it for birthdays (they include a 'Happy Birthday' sign too) or even just a fun fishing-themed party. The bright colors really liven up any dessert table.

Pro tip: You can arrange the pieces differently than shown to create your own unique cake scene. We put the bucket off to one side with some of the floats 'floating' in our blue frosting lake!
